Client Needs

The client required a centralized, web-based HRMS to replace legacy spreadsheet-based workflows and manual documentation processes. Their objectives were to minimize human error in payroll computation, improve operational efficiency across HR functions, provide employees with access to self-service features, and ensure secure storage and retrieval of employee records.
